The man accused of selling thousands of dollars worth of bath salts is out on bond once again.
This time a judge in federal court set a $25,000 bond for Augustus Julias.
Julias is the owner of Pamela's Secrets in Harrisonburg, an adult store where police say they found employees selling bath salts.
Julias was originally arrested in May on state charges along with two of his employees.
Now his case has been moved to federal court.
His new bond requires him to not work at any adult shop.
His lawyer Aaron Cook says the judge isn't worried that Julias will run away before his trial.
"He's from Harrisonburg, he's been here his whole life and he was actually arrested in May on state charges and he stayed, so I expect the judge took that into consideration as well," said Cook.
Along with Pamela's Secrets, Julias also owns the adult store 'Hole in the Wall' in Harrisonburg.
Cook says his trial is set for December 10 in federal court.
