Police Charge Man With Breaking and Entering

HARRISONBURG, Va. (WHSV) -- Harrisonburg police arrested a Harrisonburg man Wednesday night after a breaking and entering.

Warren Morris Medley-Green, 42, of Harrisonburg, has been charged with breaking and entering, property damage and larceny.

This was after police arrived at the 400 block of North Liberty Street responding to a breaking and entering at 5 p.m. Wednesday.

While on location, officers spoke with a passing walker, who said he saw a black man enter a house through a back window.

Officers arrived on the scene within minutes of the call, and set a perimeter around the residence.

With the help of a police K9, officers searched the home and apprehended Medley-Green hiding in the basement.

He was subsequently charged and is currently being held at the county jail without bond.
