Police Searching for Suspects in Bank Robbery

WINCHESTER, Va. (WHSV) -- The Winchester Police Department is investigating a bank robbery that happened Wednesday morning at SunTrust bank on Amherst Street.

At about 9 a.m., two black men entered the bank and demanded money.

They are both described as weighing between 280 to 300 lbs.

The first man is described as wearing a green coat, glasses, black pants, boots, an old style Army hat, and he had a thin mustache.

The second suspect is described as wearing a bright orange hat with an emblem on it, a button-down pink or orange shirt, a leather brown coat, and sunglasses.

They left the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash. No weapons were displayed.

They were last seen heading westbound on Amherst Street in a black 4-door sedan.
