Harrisonburg Police arrested Bulue Berry on Port Republic Road around 4 p.m. on Monday through intense investigation.

They were assisted by Virginia State Police.

Police have been looking for Berry for over a week. Berry allegedly sped away in his car after being pulled over.

Berry is facing several charges that include the following:

• Failure to obey a stop sign


• Failure to obey right of way


• Driving right of center


• 2 counts of reckless driving


• Eluding police


• Hit and Run


• Possession of Scheduled Class I or II Drug


• Intentionally preventing arrest


• Unauthorized use of a motorized vehicle
