AUGUSTA COUNTY, Va. (WHSV) -- An Augusta County man will have to wait until January 2 to hear how long he will spend in prison.

Darby Powers, pleaded guilty earlier this year to more than 100 charges relating to child pornography.

The judge in the case, Hon. Victor Ludwig, issued the continuance because he felt it was a security hazard to fit both the victim's family and Powers' family into a small court room containing only three medium sized benches.

One of those benches was filled media.

It's expected that the larger courtroom will be used on January 2.
