A Gallup poll shows 17% of Americans were without health coverage at the end of 2013, however the number has dropped to less than 13%. A poll from the Commonwealth Fund shows the uninsured rate among Americans dropping from 20% to 15%. One from the Urban Institute shows the rate falling from 17% to just under 14%.
