Washington, D.C. According to a survey done by Senator Claire McCaskill, D-Mo.,one in five colleges and universities do not provide sexual assault training for faculty and staff members.
The survey of almost 450 schools, also found nearly one in three colleges and universities do not provide sexual assault training for students.
This coming after a recent investigation was announced by the Department of Education into dozens of schools including the University of Richmond, The University of Virginia, and James Madison University. The investigation is looking into the alleged mishandling of sexual assault complaints.
