The fair uses Rosedale attractions for its 12 different rides. The fair marketing director Ellen Shaver-Shank said the group has three ride inspectors to look at the rides. Then additional inspectors from the county look at the rides. Shaver-Shank said there hasn't been any injuries.

"It's a good clean ride. It's just apart of the county fair. Everybody wants rides. Everybody wants to see the animals. Everybody wants to see the petting zoo. It's all apart of the safety and fun of the Augusta County Fair," said Shaver-Shank.
