AUGUSTA COUNTY -- Kevin Eagle, a former employee of the Augusta County school district, faces six charges of possessing child pornography. Eagle resigned Jan. 16th.
He worked as an instructional technology, or IT, resource teacher.
The district superintendent said school leaders closely monitor all internet activity. The superintendent also said IT teachers usually have broader access to the internet. You can read the full statement from the superintendent above.
Eagle heads to Augusta County circuit court in mid-February.
