LOS ANGELES, (CNN)-- They grow up so fast but the practice of "sexting" using cell phones may
have them "growing up" faster than ever. and you won't believe how early
kids can get involved in these inappropriate behaviors.

Researchers in California found in a survey of the Los Angeles School
District that even kids as young as 10 were getting into the act of "sexting" sending and receiving sexually explicit pictures and texts.

Students who engage in sexting are also more likely to be sexually active at a young age. is happy to provide a forum for commenting and discussion. Please respect and abide by the house rules:
