MT. CRAWFORD - Shenandoah Valley Electric Cooperative (SVEC) announced today that their local offices in Winchester and Luray are now open to the public.
"We are always looking for ways to provide the best service to our member/owners, and having these offices open affords us another opportunity to provide the personal service we pride ourselves in being able to deliver," said Myron D. Rummel, SVEC President & CEO.
SVEC's Winchester office is located at 3463 Valley Pike, and its Luray office is located at 2 Mechanic Street. SVEC has three other district offices, located in Staunton, Dayton, and Mt. Jackson. SVEC's corporate office is located in Mt. Crawford. Except for holidays, SVEC offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
Chartered in 1936, Shenandoah Valley Electric Cooperative maintains over 7,600 miles of electric lines and serves more than 89,000 member/owners in the Virginia counties of Augusta, Clarke, Frederick, Highland, Page, Rockingham, Shenandoah and Warren, and Hardy County in West Virginia.
