The man allegedly responsible for receiving marijuana in the mail will face a trial for selling and intending to distribute the drug.

Malik Byshon Porter of Staunton faced a Grand Jury on Monday where they decided to hold the charges.

Porter was arrested in June after police found the marijuana in a UPS package in Kentucky.

Officials proceeded to follow the package to its delivery to Porter's home in Fishersville.

The court has not yet set a date for his trial.
