The Rockingham County Sheriff

33 Express Store

Rockingham County, VA -- The Rockingham County Sheriff's Office is investigating a drug raid in Hinton.

On March 20, at approximately 4:30 p.m. investigators with the RUSH Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at the 33 Express convenience store located on Route 33 West in the county.

The warrant was obtained in reference to an ongoing drug investigation, and therefore the information that the sheriff's office is able to release at this time is very limited and any charges are still pending.

Approximately $2,000 in cash, 300 grams of “spice” synthetic marijuana, and several bags of counterfeit merchandise (hats, clothes, shoes) were seized from that location.
