ELKTON -- Several protests are being held around the nation in support of Edward Snowden.

Protesters are rallying for restoration of the fourth amendment, a protection of privacy.

Not everyone is as convinced by Snowden who has now received three asylum invitations from South American countries Bolivia, Nicaragua and Venezuela.

"They ought to keep him here and prosecute him here. He did his crime here. He should pay for it here," said Garland Baugher, who wants to see Edward Snowden punished in the United States.

It is still unknown how Snowden would get to anyone of the countries he's been offered asylum into.
