Remaining Three Arrested in Copper Theft Ring

WAYNESBORO, Va. (WHSV) -- Two more men have been arrested in connection to a copper theft ring.

Jessie Selmon surrendered himself to the Waynesboro Police Department on Thursday.

Officers also arrested Charles Reed without incident on 10th Street on Thursday.

Both men are being held without bond at Middle River Regional Jail.

Officers arrested Steven Clark at his home on East Main Street at about 6:40 p.m. Thursday. His bond is not known at this time.

He is accused of cashing in the grave markers. It has been determined that the grave marker pictured in this story was stolen from a cemetery in Laurel, Md. .
