Two Pleaded Guilty to Sex Trafficking

Harrisonburg, Va. (WHSV) -- Two people pleaded guilty to sex trafficking charges connected to an incident in Harrisonburg.

The prostitutes came from different states and charged $30 for 15 minutes of sex, according to court documents. Mario Ramirez-Larios, also known as Tony, and Iris Ayuso-Storer pleaded guilty to coercion and transporting women for the purpose of prostitution.

It all took place at a home on the 700 block of North Liberty Street.The operation was shut down by police and Larios and Storer are just two out of four people charged.

In the statement of facts in the case, Ramirez-Larios admitted he picked up prostitutes in Washington, D.C. and brought them to Harrisonburg to work as prostitutes. Ayuso-Storer was recruited to work as a prostitute and transport other prostitutes from Harrisonburg to another brothel in Charlottesville.
