Two Former JMU Football Players Raided for Illegal Drugs

Two former James Madison University football players may be in trouble with the law. Police are investigating the alleged sale of cocaine, marijuana, and illegal steroids found in their apartment.

The "RUSH" Drug Task Force raided an apartment at University Fields on Devon Lane January 31st. They were tipped off about drugs being sold in one of the apartments. Once inside, investigators said they found illegal steroids.

The drugs allegedly belonged to Nicholas Emmons and Christopher Ferguson. The evidence was taken for analysis, but there will no charges until the analysis results are finalized.
