STAUNTON, Va. (WHSV) -- Roads will be busy this weekend as more than 1,000 motorcycle riders are coming to the Valley.
The VA H.O.G. Rally kicked off on Thursday and has its closing ceremonies on Sunday.
Event coordinators said the event brings in about 2.5 million dollars to the economy.
A lot of riders are registering in Harrisonburg and just getting here to Staunton to kick off a few days of events.
They're exploring local sites, including the White Oak Lavender Farm and Bluestone Vineyard.
By the end of the weekend, there will be about 2,000 riders visiting from around the state
