Virginia State Police warned all drivers in the area to stay off the roads Wednesday.

Troopers expect an increase in crashes and they want to keep everyone safe.

Sgt. K.L. Hyden said VSP will have all state troopers on call Wednesday to deal with those crashes. He said many people here aren't used to driving on the amount of snow that's expected. That's why he says it'll be very dangerous.

His best advice to drivers is to stay off the roads.
