Waynesboro Woman Charged For Spinning Out on I-64

ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (WHSV) -- Thursday morning, a Waynesboro woman spun out on Interstate 64 causing traffic delays.

The accident happened at about 8 a.m.at mile marker 101 in the eastbound lanes, according to state police.

State police say while driving, her car stalled and she lost control. She ended up hitting a guardrail and the car landed in a ditch.

Traffic is now running smoothly.

The woman did not suffer any injuries, but police did say she is being charged with failing to stay in her lane.
