Waynesboro Workplace Killing Case Moves Forward

The case against a man accused of killing another man at a business is moving forward.

WAYNESBORO (WHSV)-- The case against a man accused of killing another man at a business is moving forward.

The charges against Boyd Wiseman have been certified to a grand jury. He faces a second degree murder charge and a charge of using of a firearm in commission of a felony.

No trial date has been set.

Wiseman is accused of killing Jeffery Scott Earhart last February at F.R. Drake. As police started their investigation, Wiseman turned himself in for the shooting.

It was the city's first homicide in almost four years.
