HARRISONBURG, Va -- On Monday, polling places' chief officers picked up voting equipment.
The Lucy Simms Center was not as busy on Monday as it would be on Tuesday. This is one of the seven precincts in the city.
All the equipment was inside, which was locked on Monday. The equipment can only be open an hour before the polls open.
This is just to make sure the process is as transparent as possible.
