State Offers Guide for Buying VA-grown Christmas Trees

State agricultural officials have released a guide for finding Christmas trees grown in Virginia.

The guide was published by the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. It includes information on Christmas tree farms across the state and lists them by city or county.

WAVY-TV reports among the variety of the trees in this year's guide are Fraser, Douglas, Canaan, and Concolor fir; Norway and Colorado blue spruce; Scotch, Virginia, and white pine; and Leyland cypress and cedar.
