W.Va. Enters Holidays with Lower Gas Prices

West Virginia motorists are getting an early Christmas gift. Gas prices in the state are down 3 cents compared to last week.

According to AAA's Fuel Gauge, the average per-gallon price for
self-serve unleaded gasoline is $3.29, compared to $3.32 last week.

But holiday travelers will still pay more than they did last year,
when the average price was about $3.07

Average gas prices in the state range from $3.43 in Morgantown
to $3.17 in Bridgeport. The national average price is $3.21.
