The third suspect wanted in connection with the double shooting on Halloween night in Staunton is in custody.

Otis Harrison turned himself in to the Rockingham County Sheriff's Office Tuesday afternoon.

Police have charged him with five felonies including two counts of malicious wounding.

The charges stem from an incident that left two people, including a ten-year-old boy, injured.

Harrison is being held at Middle River Regional Jail.
