I have finally found out the name of the victim. From what the paper stated the van had illegal invaders in it.What at first seems like a tragity is really justice

If he does no hard time and is deported he will return to do it all over again you can surely count on it. What a perversion of justice that would be. The Mexican government is in full support of this invasion of America, they will probably give him a medal as his kind are considered heros in the take over of America. The company that gave him a job is responsible for the invader being here in the first place.

How many times does this same scenario happen in this country? The illegal aliens drive drunk and survive but they always end up killing innocent Americans. Find out who the employers of these illegals are and sue them. If the victims' families can really hit them in the pocketbook maybe they will get the message. My condolences to the families of the victims.

Henry - why should we pay (through taxes) for him to be cozy and warm, and fed, in one of our prisons? GET HIM OUT OF THIS COUNTRY!! Either way, he'll float right back through texas as soon as he's deported - and of course, someone in the valley will give him a job since he'll work for lower wages... rinse and repeat... the cycle continues.

No kidding How many more people do these illegals have to kill before we do something about it i think we have endured enough.

Come now Henry, think about it. Even if you put him in prison, it's US the taxpayers that will STILL end up paying for him!! Deport him and make sure that he goes in the Mexican jail system!

More collateral damage to save ten cents on a head of lettuce - or whatever else they grow in the Shenandoah Valley. If somebody can get the details on the victims, post them on Victims Of Illegal Alien Crime. www.voiac.org

This man owes a debt that can only be paid by serving a very long prison sentence. After that he can be deported. The family of the victim needs justice. Hopefully they can sue the scum traitors that have provided the job he had and thak every thing from them.

Why waste the taxpayers money on a trial....just deport him!!! And just who was he working for? Now thats a story for your reporter!!!

Doesn't suprise me in the least, given that it took place in one of the biggest illegal immigrant sanctuaries (the Shenandoah Valley) in the country.
