If you're looking to find that special someone in time for Valentine's day, the Harrisonburg Downtown Renaissance is sponsoring an event that might be right for you.

On February 1, there will be speed dating available at the new Clementine restaurant on South Main Street in downtown Harrisonburg.

Although the event has gotten a good response, they are looking for more men to join.

"I think it was more word of mouth where we hear people kind of feeling like they couldn't meet that person, whether it was in a bar, or they couldn't find the perfect venue to find someone to date," says Alexis Morehouse, promotions manager of the Harrisonburg Downtown Renaissance.
