Neal Petition Re-Do
Harrisonburg, Va. The petition intended to oust Harrisonburg City Treasurer Rebecca Neal has to be redone due to wording that wasn't included on the original petition.

The petition intended to oust Harrisonburg City Treasurer Rebecca Neal has to be redone due to wording that wasn't included on the original petition.
The original petition didn't inform signers they would be signing the document under the penalty of perjury, which means they are swearing, that to the best of their knowledge, that the allegations claiming Rebecca Neal acted outside the authority given to her under Virginia law are true.
The new petition has about 200 signatures and is expected to be taken to the court house next Monday.
