What about the drivers with back problems who are too short for the shoulder belt, and the belt clips don't help, the lap belt is all I can wear. And the shorter teens have the same problem. If we have to wear them, what about the kids on school buses.. They probably would have helped prevent some of the kids from some of their injuries in the city bus wreck the other week.
It's the middle of March...gotta make those quotas !!!
I have a big problem with police officers finding cause to pull a citizen over for something that is a secondary offense and that Law Enforcement is exempt from, according to 46.2-1094(b-2). To me, it sounds like a fishing expedition or some good ol' fashion revenue generation.
