Rebecca Neal heads to Circuit Court Thursday morning for another appearance. Her last appearance was February 19.

Although Neal's arrest date was February 19 as well, her actual offense dates back to February 2004.

Neal's case will be heard in the criminal division, since she is accused of misusing more than $100,000 of city money.

Neil faces 20 criminal counts from her indictment, including eight counts of fraud and 12 counts of altering a deposit.
