Rockingham Memorial Hospital now has a special section dedicated to it's new site plans. It has the latest on the developing site as well as a way to voice any comments you may have. Officials with the hospital feel it's important to let the public know, since it's a project that will directly affect so many.
"We see this as a real helpful tool it's helped us because it allows us to give information to the community and it's helpful to the community because it allows them to for them to go there and give us their comments and ask questions," said Debra Thompson, Director of Rockingham Memorial Hospital Public Relations
Thompson says right now most people are asking a wide variety of questions from how many beds will be in the hospital to how the hospital plans to deal with traffic issues.
