Both southbound lanes of Interstate 81 in Winchester are finally open.
One of the lanes had been closed most of the day after a tractor trailer accident Tuesday morning.
The truck, loaded with guitars, crashed into an overpass at mile marker 315 at about 6 p.m. State police say the driver, whose name hasn't been released, suffered some cuts and bruises.
