The Expoland Board could face a lawsuit by early next week if they don't respond to an offer by a local man to buy the park.
Terry Argenbright made an offer to buy Expoland on Tuesday. This comes after the Expoland Board shot down Argenbright's plans to put an extreme sports park on the property in March.
Argenbright says he plans to sue each board member for $250,000, and the Expoland organization for $12,000,000 if they don't respond to his proposal to buy the park by Tuesday.
Jerry Pence, President of the Expoland Board, says his lawyers have advised him not to comment on the offer due to the possibility of litigation.
