Tuesday is the deadline for the Expoland Board to respond to Terry Argenbright's request to buy the park. Without a response, the board could face a lawsuit.
Argenbright offered to buy Expoland last week, and says he plans to sue each board member for $250,000 and the Expoland organization for $12,000,000 if they don't respond to his proposal.
The Expoland Board says lawyers have advised them not to comment due to the possibility of litigation.
Argenbright says the Board needs to respond to his attorney has yet to hear from them.
The Expoland Board is set to meet Tuesday night at 7 p.m.
