A man who offered to buy Expoland in Augusta County says he will go forward with a lawsuit against the park since the Expoland Board has not responded to his offer for the past week.

Terry Argenbright had wanted to put an extreme sports park at Expoland, but that plan was denied by the board. Now he says he plans to sue each Expoland board member for $250,000 and the organization for $12 million.

He thinks the suit will be filed later this week.

"It's not a frivolous lawsuit," says Argenbright. "It's very legitimate, and I have exhausted all resources to not go this direction. If I do win (the lawsuit), then Expo, because they are severely in debt, their only way out would probably be that I would inherit Expo."

The President of the Expoland Board, Jerry Pence, declined to comment Tuesday night by saying his lawyers have advised him to not give a response due to the possibility of litigation.

Terry, Expoland is a part of this community and everyone loves the pastoral setting. I would bet the great majority of this County are against dirtbikes and the constant noise they would produce, thay are just not as loud as you have been. You guys have done a tremendous job of being vocal and some would think you were a large group if they did not know any better. The fact is you are not a large group, the people of Augusta County are not in support of noise and changing Expoland. Sorry to say but I think a great ending to this story would for you, Terry Argenbright to be sued for harrassment by Expoland. P.S. Remember way back when the police would pull you over for a loud exhaust? Hear many extra-loud Harley's do you hear throughtout your day? Isn't obvious that it's no longer enforced?
