One of the men charged in connection with a Halloween 2007 shooting is on his way to jail.
Forty-nine-year-old Kevin Harrison pleaded guilty to two counts of malicious wounding.
The shooting resulted in two people being injured one of whom was a ten-year-old boy.
Harrison will serve two years in prison and five on probation.
