An early morning water main break forced mall managers to close almost every store at the Valley Mall Monday.

It seams to me an important part of the water main story was left out....how long do we boil water before drinking and how many days? Does that include water for pets? Why is it necessary to boil the water, in this case? Is it safe to bathe in the water without boiling it? What streets/neighborhoods are effected?
