Air, Land and Speed to Take Place

Safety? They dont care about safety. It is all about generating more money. If the totals exceeded the prior two operations then i do not think it is working very well. Why dont they just take everyones cars away and make everyone ride a police bus where you are searched and questioned before riding? Maybe thats next year....
I suppose revenue generation using the power of Police is Gov. Kaine's solution to the transportation problem.
