RICHMOND, Va.
On Friday and Saturday, Operation Air, Land and Speed returns to Interstate 95 and Interstate 81 and Virginia State Police urges motorists to practice safe driving habits as the summer season gets underway.

Safety? They dont care about safety. It is all about generating more money. If the totals exceeded the prior two operations then i do not think it is working very well. Why dont they just take everyones cars away and make everyone ride a police bus where you are searched and questioned before riding? Maybe thats next year....
