Augusta Robbery Still Unsolved

Brian Eugene Brubaker is being charged with robberies in Augusta County, Staunton, Greene County and Harrisonburg, but police are ruling him out as a suspect in a still unsolved crime.

Brian Eugene Brubaker is being charged with robberies in Augusta County, Staunton, Greene County and Harrisonburg, but police are ruling him out as a suspect in a still unsolved crime.

An Augusta County Sheriffs investigator says a robbery at East Side Grocery on Route 340 was not the work of Brubaker.

The sheriff's office still hasn't made an arrest in the case, but say they are positive Brubaker did not commit that crime.
