Upon arrival officers found 50-year-old James Michael Baber of Waynesboro suffering from a severe head injury. He was also having difficulty breathing.

What makes these people have the right to drive and no licensed and no insurance? They need to get a license and earn it like we do and go by the law
That is a dangerous intersection you can barley see if anyone is coming up fast underneath the bridge. It probably was NOT totally his fault. People need to slow down coming through that underpass. Its sickening knowing that most people that get out here on the road have total disregard for human life or the safety of others.
