With the rise in foreclosures, more and more people are looking into renting homes these days.
According to a new survey by All-State, there are more than 750,000 Virginians now renting homes and apartments.
However, fewer than two-thirds of them have renter's insurance.
The survey also found that 58 percent of renters have not completed a home inventory of contents, which could make it more difficult to replace stolen or damaged items.
