A Harrisonburg car dealership employee who faces drug charges waived his right to a preliminary hearing Tuesday.
Jason Sapp did not appear in court, but his attorney showed up on his behalf.
Sapp was arrested this spring at the Charlie Obaugh Auto Dealership after a four month investigation by state and Harrisonburg police.
By waiving the right to the hearing, he agrees there is probable cause for charges of manufacturing a controlled substance and felony obstruction of justice.
