High Marks for Anti-Poverty Policies
RICHMOND, Va. Gov. Timothy M. Kaine announced Friday The Heartland Institute’s comprehensive study, Welfare Reform after Ten Years, gives Virginia high marks for the success of anti-poverty and welfare reform policies in the Commonwealth.
