Lawyers for a Boy Scout sickened by tainted beef at the Goshen Boy Scout Camp have filed a lawsuit against the meat's manufacturer.
The lawsuit was filed Friday in Rockbridge County Circuit Court against S&S Foods of Azusa, California.
The family's law firm didn't specify the damages being sought. The lawsuit says 84 people were sickened at the camp.
Last month, S&S Foods said it recalled 153,630 pounds of beef that may be contaminated with E. coli.
