Police arrested a Harrisonburg man Thursday after they found a small amount of meth in his car.
Twenty-eight-year-old Rigoberto Celestino-Velasco was pulled over by a Harrisonburg police officer accompanied by a K9.
The R.U.S.H. Drug Task Force used information seized from the car to get a warrant for Celestino-Velasco's house where a half pound of meth worth $6,000 was found. They also found $12,000 in cash.
Celestino-Velasco is charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license, possession of meth, and possession with the intent to distribute.
Police say Celestino-Velasco is an illegal immigrant from Mexico. He is currently being held without bond at the Rockingham/Harrisonburg Regional Jail.
