An 18-year-old Staunton man faces between five years and life in prison for his role in an armed robbery on Christmas Eve.

Police say Traon Jordan and Nathaniel Rivers robbed the Econo Lodge on Richmond Road in Staunton. Police say Jordan brandished a gun during the robbery.

Jordan was found guilty of the robbery and disorderly conduct Friday.

Jordan was only 17 when the crime occurred, but he was charged as an adult.
