A troubled cab company in Harrisonburg will get to continue operating.
The Harrisonburg City Council voted unanimously Tuesday to approve ABC Cabs' certificate to operate in the city.
The company came under scrutiny last fall when a co-owner was found guilty of misusing state inspection stickers.
The city even formed a committee to study renewing the cab company's certificate.
Several college students and company employees spoke in favor of the renewal. City officials say all the company's cabs have now been properly inspected.
