The case against an Edinburg man who allegedly shot and killed his daughter's boyfriend is expected to go to trial.
Jody Bradley is on trial for the shooting death of Brendon Barker.
Bradley says he found Barker trespassing on his property in January.
Wednesday, he was indicted in the Shenandoah County Circuit Court on charges of first degree murder and use of a firearm in commission of a felony.
Bradley remains in jail without bond.
