Many Valley and central Virginia residents found a white supremacist newspaper on their front steps Thursday morning.
"The Aryan Alternative" newspaper was hand-delivered to homes in Augusta and Albemarle counties.
The paper touts content as news and commentary from a white perspective.
Residents who received the paper say it's nothing more than hate speech.
Crozet resident Bill Gorman says, "Some things that come to mind are fear, fear mongering, which is a common strategy. It's just upsetting, the emotional part of it."
The Missouri-based publisher, Vanguard News Network, describes its neo-Nazi paper as an educational tool.

True, "truth never needs to be propped up". Not on doorsteps or anywhere else.
Dear Anonymous: I will 'eat my own words' -- just as soon as you can refute them. Additionally, I will do whatever else you say I "need" to do, just as soon as you can prove even ONE single statement false, that was printed in what you so predictably (and erroneously) call "hate". Truth (unlike "hate") is not subjective; truth never needs to be propped up by force or fraud or censorship or threat or censure the way that lies must be; truth stands on its own. And that must be exactly what so greatly bothers the REAL haters, who viciously malign any and all attempts to even recognize (let alone assert) self-interest on the part of White people, while at the very same time, never batting an eyelid against the literally HUNDREDS of "respectable," tax-exempt (or taxpayer-funded) overtly pro-Black or pro-Jewish or pro-Mexican or pro-ANYONE-but-white-people (and often, explicitly and virulently ANTI-White) organizations, events, institutions, and media.
Mark from Kansas City, Hate is truth to those who hate the truth. You need to eat your own words.
