The Rockingham County Sheriff's Office says two men accused of murdering a Staunton man have been extradited from Florida.
Brian Patrick Bingham and Justin Michael Bindel, both 21, face charges of first degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony in the death of 20-year-old Michael Ryan Tolsdorf.
Tolsdorf's body was found April 10 by a turkey hunter near the Switzer Dam in Rockingham County.
Bingham and Bindel were arrested May 15 in Jacksonville, Florida.
Both men are being held without bond in the Rockingham-Harrisonburg Regional Jail. They are expected to make their first appearance in court sometime Thursday.
